Your Deli Mission

As a Part-Time Deli Clerk in our Mokena, IL store, you’ll keep the deli case looking sharp and customers feeling taken care of—quickly, accurately, and with a friendly vibe.

What you’ll do

• Slice, weigh, package, and label meats/cheeses to order
• Prepare simple deli items and restock products so the case stays full
• Keep work areas clean and follow food-safety and sanitation steps
• Help guests with questions and coordinate smoothly with teammates

What you’ll bring

• Deli/food service experience is a plus (not required)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfort working at a fast pace with solid attention to detail
• Ability to stand/walk for shifts and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Daily Deli Flow

You’ll punch in, scan the prep list, and do a quick station reset so you’re ready when the first “Can I get a half-pound?” hits. The day bounces between friendly counter chats, keeping the case neat and tempting, and doing those little check-ins that prevent big headaches later. When the rush rolls through, you’ll move with purpose, keep your cool, and hand off a tidy, stocked space for the next shift.
