Kia Delray is seeking a driven Automotive BDC Representative to join our high-performing team. In this role, you’ll handle a high volume of inbound customer inquiries for an in-demand brand with an outstanding reputation. Experience is preferred but not required — we will train the right person. Qualifications

BDC Representative Responsibilities Generate appointments and quotes through proactive inbound/outbound communication and lead management. Respond to internet leads and call-ins immediately. Manage and engage with customers through our live chat platform. Listen closely to customer needs to provide thoughtful guidance and vehicle recommendations.

Deliver exceptional customer service and uphold the highest satisfaction standards. Partner closely with sales consultants to hand off qualified leads and detailed customer information. Direct customers to online product resources as needed. Check and respond to email inquiries promptly. Facilitate the sales process by collecting and updating customer data.

Perform additional duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements

Positive, energetic attitude with excellent communication and listening skills. Ability to collaborate professionally with customers, coworkers, and all dealership departments. Consistently meet and exceed established goals. Follow proven sales processes and techniques. Attend required training sessions (online and in-person).

Maintain a professional demeanor, strong work ethic, and effective written and verbal communication. Strong computer proficiency is required. Reliable attendance and weekend availability are essential. Ability to perform all functions in a fast-paced environment, with or without reasonable accommodation. Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
