Operations Compliance Specialist - Bader

The Compliance Specialist provides operational and compliance support to Bader’s affordable/tax credit sites and including property manager support, management teams, with a strong focus on rent collection, resident ledger accuracy, pre-filing notice preparation, compliance paperwork tracking, and lease charge updates.

This role is responsible for helping ensure that resident accounts, required documentation, and collection-related processes are accurate, timely, and consistent with company policy, program requirements, and applicable laws. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, knowledgeable about affordable properties, preferably with basic knowledge of LITHC, Section 8, Section 42, and recertification processes.
