Production Lead

Your Job Molex is seeking a Production Lead to join our team in Hudson, WI with quality focused manufacturing experience to support manufacturing and production. This role will oversee daily fiber‑optic assembly operations to meet production and delivery goals while ensuring quality, safety, and process compliance. They will also coordinate work assignments, monitor performance, resolve issues, and maintain equipment readiness.

Production Leads coach operators, support continuous improvement, and collaborate closely with cross functional teams. Shift: 1 st Shift: Monday-Thursday, 5:00am-3:00pm
