Clinic RN

Overview

RN will facilitate and provide care to patients in our busy and fast paced clinic .

Responsibilities

Room patients and obtain basic vital signs (weight, BP, EKG, etc.) Triage patient phone calls. Monitor lab results/report these to provider. Review test results with patient as instructed by provider. Manage prescription refills with patient/pharmacy/provider. Oversee patients' charts for appointment (make sure all records are in chart/referrals in chart/any test results in chart)/ Pre-load information into Epic.

Make sure patients are appropriately scheduled according to guidelines. Maintains BLS & ACLS certification.

Qualifications

Computer skills including Epic, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Teams are preferred. Strong organizational and people skills required. Successful applicant must have excellent communication skills and be a team player. Maintain strict confidentiality of medical, financial, and staff related information. Able to perform multiple tasks at once in an organized manner.

Minimum two years of nursing experience in a clinic preferred. Experience in physician practice setting preferred. ACLS and BLS certification required.
