Rack Assembly Supervisor

James Moore & Co., P.L.’s HR Solutions team is currently partnering with Goshen Engineering in the search for a Rack Assembly Supervisor to directly supervise the assigned Rack Assembly team within Production and support the safe, efficient, and quality-focused assembly of electrical equipment and integrated electrical systems.

Reporting to the Production Manager, this role leads Electrical Assembly Technician I-III employees and designated Leads, coordinates daily staffing and work priorities, monitors production and quality, develops employees, and works cross-functionally to keep scheduled work moving.
