• Recent experience with Cycle counting/inventory. Must be able to work efficiently in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment, while keeping correct data.
• Software knowledge: Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and function in a team-oriented, fast-paced, matrix environment.
• Strong communication skills – listening, verbal, and written
• Ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization. Description of Duties:
• Monitoring and controlling inventory integrity.
• Maintain product identification and location program.
• Research inventory discrepancies and ability to reconcile them.
• Responsible for completing physical inventories/cycle counts/random or receipt audits/reconciliations.
• Track and report non-conforming product.
• Resolve inventory problems in a timely manner.
• Document damaged product.
• Assists MB Logistics Administrator with order inquiries, order entry, cycle counts and material transfers
• Back up support for line replenishment and Hot List
• Support Shipping office with FedEx shipments and pick sheet sorting
• Assist Materials Manager with special projects (parts setup and inventory reviews)
• AS400
• Find parts and locations for drivers and team members
• Print pallet labels for Receiving team
• Perform other duties that may be assigned by manager

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. as part of the job function.
• Have strong verbal and written skills
• Must be detailed oriented.
