Here's what you'll do during a typical day: Prepare and present quality dishes: Ensure food is prepared and presented according to hotel standards, recipes, and guest expectations. Maintain food safety and hygiene standards: Follow all health, safety, sanitation, and HACCP guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Support kitchen operations: Assist with daily food production, mise en place preparation, and service periods to ensure smooth kitchen operations. Ensure consistency and quality: Maintain high standards of taste, presentation, and portion control across all dishes. Collaborate with the culinary team: Work closely with fellow kitchen team members to deliver efficient and seamless service.

Manage stock and storage: Assist in proper handling, storage, rotation, and utilization of ingredients to minimize waste. Maintain kitchen cleanliness: Keep workstations, equipment, and kitchen areas clean, organized, and operational at all times.
