Learning & Development Business Partner

The Learning and Development (L&D) Business Partner will own the design, creation, execution, management, and evaluation of our skills programs and initiatives. This includes owning the full cycle process of learning and development programs. This position plays a key role in driving team member growth, capability development, and development programs across the organization.

This role will partner closely with business leaders and subject matter experts across NRI to design and deliver impactful learning initiatives that build capability, support professional growth, and strengthen our ability to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients.
