Evaluate campaign performance through testing, targeting, and ongoing analysis to identify opportunities for optimization and measurable return on investment. Analyze member behavior, segmentation, lifecycle trends, and product usage patterns to support persona development, life-stage marketing, and personalized strategies that strengthen growth and engagement.
