Instructional Designer II

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Instructional Designer II based in India. As an Instructional Designer II, you will create engaging, learner-centered technical education experiences for global audiences, making complex networking, cybersecurity, and software concepts accessible and easy to understand.

You will design and develop a variety of learning solutions, including eLearning modules, instructor-led training materials, virtual courses, hands-on labs, job aids, and knowledge assessments. Working closely with technical experts, engineers, product managers, and customer support teams, you will transform technical information into practical and effective learning experiences.

You will also leverage approved AI-powered tools to enhance content development, personalize learning, and streamline workflows while maintaining accuracy and quality.
