About the Role
The General Labor position in Logistics plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient movement and handling of goods within the transportation and warehousing sector. This role involves physically managing inventory, loading and unloading shipments, and maintaining organized storage areas to support seamless supply chain operations.
The successful candidate will contribute to meeting delivery schedules by preparing orders accurately and assisting with the coordination of shipments. Minimum Qualifications
Ability to perform physical labor including lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods. Basic understanding of warehouse safety practices and procedures. Reliable attendance and punctuality with a strong work ethic. Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team. Legal authorization to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications

Responsibilities
Load and unload materials from trucks, containers, and pallets safely and efficiently. Sort, organize, and store inventory in designated warehouse locations to maintain order and accessibility. Assist in the preparation and packaging of shipments according to company standards and customer requirements. Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks while adhering to safety guidelines.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational goals and maintain a clean work environment.
