Program Lead - Impulse Perfect Store

Your Impact As Program Lead, you’ll drive Asahi Beverages’ Single Serve Impulse and Perfect Store growth agenda, taking high-value commercial opportunities from concept and business case through to customer execution, measurement and long-term adoption. Working across independent, corporate and emerging retail channels, you’ll lead initiatives that improve chilled availability, space, range and visibility.

You’ll bring cross-functional teams together, maintain momentum across multiple workstreams and build the commercial evidence needed to unlock future front-of-store and Perfect Store opportunities Key Accountabilities Lead the end-to-end delivery of strategic retail growth initiatives and programs. Develop business cases and identify high-value commercial opportunities.

Drive execution across independent, corporate and emerging retail channels. Partner with cross-functional teams to align priorities and deliver outcomes. Manage program governance, reporting, risks and performance measurement. Build the capability, evidence and insights needed to unlock future Perfect Store opportunities.

About You

Proven experience leading complex commercial programs or strategic projects. Background in FMCG, retail, category, sales, customer or commercial functions. Strong commercial acumen with experience building business cases and recommendations. Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills across multiple functions.

Strong analytical, project management and problem-solving capability. Comfortable driving change, delivering through others and turning strategy into action.
