Commercial/Industrial HVAC Service Technician - Signing Bonus

You'll service and maintain a wide variety of commercial HVAC equipment, including:Packaged rooftop units.

Split systems. Heat pumps. Commercial refrigeration equipmentVAV systemsVRF systems. Controls and other commercial HVAC equipment. No residential work.Our customers include:Manufacturing facilities. Distribution centers. Cold storage. Healthcare. Pharmaceutical. Government. Educational facilities. Job Responsibilities.

Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC equipment.Perform preventive maintenance on commercial HVAC systems.Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration issues.Complete electronic service documentation.Communicate findings and repair recommendations with customers.Maintain a professional, safety-focused attitude while representing Blue.

Hat Mechanical.Qualifications6+ years of commercial HVAC service, repair, and maintenance experienceEPA Universal Certification. Experience with BAS controls, VRF systems, chillers, boilers, and commercial refrigeration is a plus. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift 50 lbs. and climb ladders.

Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.

Compensation

& Benefits$30–$50 per hour (based on experience)$1,000+ Signing Bonus*Opportunities for overtime. Health insurance with $0 employee premiums. Company-paid 3% 401(k) contribution.
