Ideal position for a candidate in the automotive parts profession with a desire to transition to a specialized field. This is an excellent opportunity to join our team at the leading truck accessory shop in the Hampton Roads area.

Key Responsibilities

Respond quickly and effectively to customers in the store, over the phone, or online to provide product information, guidance and preparing sales quotes. Periodically attend local tradeshows and community events representing Eastern. Minimum 2 years experience and previous successful track record of inside sales of auto parts and services.

Excellent customer service skills. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to multitask by prioritizing, managing multiple projects, and allocate time as required by business objectives. Demonstrate initiative and work as a team in fast paced environment. Stay current with market trends, product knowledge and vehicle details.

Proficient with MS Windows and MS Office High school diploma/GED Good driving record Promptness and dependability All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
