Compensation

& Benefits Competitive compensation based on adjusted production, with a daily guarantee available. 30% of adjusted production or higher daily guarantee, depending on experience and opportunity. Opportunity to increase compensation, following a successful ownership buy-in. Malpractice insurance and dental license fee coverage.

Continuing education allowance Monthly health reimbursement for the doctor and family. Flexible employment structure, with W-2 or 1099 options What We're Looking For DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school. Active dental license or eligibility for licensure in the state of Utah Strong clinical skills and a commitment to providing quality patient care.

Good communication skills and the ability to build relationships with patients and team members. A desire to continue learning, grow professionally, and contribute to a successful practice.
