Requirements
Deliver exceptional patient service by maintaining a warm, positive, and encouraging atmosphere. Assist physical therapists with patient care flow and treatment setup under supervision. Prepare, clean, and sanitize treatment areas and exercise equipment while monitoring clinic inventory and enforcing strict infection-control guidelines.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent. Demonstrates a strong interest in healthcare, exercise science, kinesiology, or physical therapy, complemented by exceptional communication skills and a team-player attitude. Must possess the physical capability to walk, stand, and transport equipment throughout the workday, along with the flexibility to cover shifts at various local offices as needed.
Compensation
& Benefits OrthoNJ, LLC is required by New Jersey law to disclose the compensation range for this position. The hiring range for this role is $16.00-$21.00 per hour.
Compensation
is determined based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s qualifications, relevant experience, and geographic location.
