Creative Project Manager

OVERVIEW

The Bridge Church is a multisite church in Middle Tennessee that exists to be with Jesus and become like Him for the sake of the world. We are located in a growing community with a passion to reach our cities with the gospel. This desire has created the need for a Project Manager to continue to improve our processes and executions of projects as a staff and church.

ROLE SUMMARY

The Creative Project Manager will manage the successful execution of projects from inception to completion. This involves planning, organization, and clear communication to ensure that projects are completed on time and with excellent quality. Having the ability to adapt to changing circumstances, manage many projects at once, and make informed decisions will be crucial in this role.

QUALIFICATIONS

Fulfill the membership requirements of The Bridge (commit to model joyful generosity by tithing) Strong and growing personal commitment to Jesus Christ Ability to see and articulate the leadership behaviors of The Bridge Ability to juggle several projects, of varying degree, at any given time Meticulous attention to detail, nothing gets past you Ability to work well with others and promote a strong team atmosphere High organizational drive and a natural bias towards execution SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Assist with implementation of project management software to ensure project completion Function as point-person for creative requests and manage the Creative Request Form and process Act as liaison with external print vendors and coordinate print material pick up Print central in-house materials as needed Work closely with the Video Team and Communications Director to coordinate Bridge News and Online Host shoots Roster volunteers for photo and video on Baptism Sundays key notetaker in Blank Canvas and Quarterly Meetings Ability to walk away with actionable items Upload in Project Software Management in a timely manner Oversee Sunday photo booth needs as needed and secure volunteers SCHEDULE: Monday to Thursday HOURS: 20 (including some events & meetings as needed etc) STAFF LEVEL: Contractor
