Training Specialist

The Training Specialist is responsible for coordinating, delivering and administering training for SEEC’s workforce of Direct Support Professionals, Mid-Level Managers, and Program Directors, as well as for the people supported by SEEC. The Specialist reports to the Director of Knowledge Management and is an essential member of SEEC’s Workforce Training Team.

The position oversees training content that is required by the Maryland Developmental Disabilities Administration, District of Columbia Department on Disability Services, as well as SEEC’s wide range of professional development, technical, and organizational trainings. The Specialist also offers training to people supported in coordination with department leadership.
