At Actioneer, we’re building a voice-first customer engagement platform to help enterprises provide intuitive, consumer-grade experiences for their customers. Our suite is designed for cheaply querying enterprise data, detecting bots, and resolving customer queries. We work best in customer journeys where there's multiple parties, and complex documents (think insurance purchase, auto-lending, RFIs etc.)

We're a small, well-capitalized team backed by investors like South Park Commons, Z47, Bitkraft and Sony Ventures. We believe everyone is an IC, and we're in a once-in-a-lifetime moment where all of us have the leverage to punch far above our weight.

About The Role

We’re hiring an experienced Communication Designer to join our team. You’ll own how we show up visually, from concept to production. Your work will center around marketing: decks, web pages, and event marketing collateral that explains AI agents applied to enterprise use cases clearly. You’ll work independently, have high ownership, access to the latest AI tooling and move quickly from a brief to a finished piece.

We see this role as a hybrid of product marketing and design. What You’ll Own Build, design and execute across how product features are communicated across media (slides, website, and event collateral) Own copy as well as the design: headlines, taglines, and microcopy Build AI design workflows that enable the rest of the team to contribute Key Qualifications 3+ years in communication, brand, or marketing design, ideally at a B2B SaaS company Diverse portfolio that shows both strong visuals and clear thinking Bias for action: you can ship a good v1 quickly and refine it from there Ability to turn technical or abstract ideas into visuals that buyers understand right away What we look for Evidence of having shipped side-projects Hands-on experience with generative AI tools Taste with range
