Rotational Engineer
Job description
The Rotational Development Engineer is an entry-level role designed for graduating seniors and recent college graduates who want broad, hands-on exposure to the power generation industry. Over approximately one year, the employee rotates through Engineering, Project Management, Manufacturing Engineering, and Field Support to learn how steam turbine and generator service, repair, and customer projects move from planning through execution.
The employee supports technical evaluations, project coordination, shop activities, and field outage work while building practical engineering, communication, and problem-solving skills. After successful completion of the program, the employee transitions to a position based on business needs, demonstrated strengths, performance, and fit.
