ABOUT OUR AGENCY: Our agency opened in 2022 and has quickly grown into a strong team of eight. I bring over 30 years of experience with State Farm, including roles as an agent, sales leader, and in operations, which has helped shape a well-rounded and growth-focused approach to leading the team. I’m a graduate of Hampton University with a degree in Business Management and a proud parent of two high school sons.

I stay actively involved in their sports and value the importance of teamwork both at home and in the office. I also come from a strong State Farm family background. We stay connected to the community through participation in State Farm-sponsored events and local initiatives. For our team, we offer a strong Aspirant program focused on developing future State Farm agents, reimbursement for licensing costs, and a commitment to work-life balance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
