Sales Operation Manager, MCCF

As a Senior Sales Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting and optimizing the sales operations function within the organization. Your expertise in sales processes, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration will contribute to enhancing the efficiency, accuracy, and overall effectiveness of the sales team.

This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to drive process improvements that align with sales goals and company objectives.

Key job responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the MCCF Sales Managers in building the sales team level sales tactics, goals and mechanisms
• Lead the Rhythm of Business for support sales team have a deep understanding of business metrics to provide recommendations and guidance to the managers
• Develop a robust metrics to monitor the performance and execute on initiative to drive efficiency improvement
• Assist Sales Managers in forecasting, pipeline management and reviews
• Generate ad hoc and monthly recurring analyses for goal tracking and operational performance
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Experience developing and implementing systems/tools utilized for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, Salesforce automation, etc.
• Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent
• Experience using Salesforce (or other CRM tool) or BI tools
