Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Payable Intern to join our finance team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in accounts payable processes and financial operations within a dynamic business environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with processing invoices and expense reports in a timely and accurate manner. Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies. Support the preparation of payment runs and ensure all payments are executed according to company policies. Help maintain accurate records of financial transactions and assist with filing.

Collaborate with other departments to obtain necessary documentation and resolve any issues related to invoices and payments. Participate in month-end close processes by preparing reports and providing necessary data.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and analytical skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
