Procurement Support

Position: Project Procurement Support Designation : Deputy Manager – Senior Manager Function: Project Commercial Place : Delhi Credentials : BE/B. tech (Mechanical, E&I), MBA, PGDMM Responsibilities:

• Identify, Develop & manage vendors for project supply items.
• Possess sound Knowledge of Mech / E&I contract with Hands on experience in SAP MM Module.
• Float enquiry to the Suppliers and Prepare detailed comparative statement.
• Coordination with all concerned dept (Plant & HO) for Requirement, PRs, Scope of Work, TE, Approvals etc.
• Carry out cost benchmarking with industry peers, past contracts & internal estimate to ensure procurement within approved budget.
• Prepare approval notes and release PO/LOI/Agreements within defined TAT from PR to award.
• Demonstrate expertise in Contract drafting & conduct contractual T & C negotiation with vendors.
• Ensure 100% compliance with Delegation of Authority (DoA), Code of conduct & Procurement SOP’s.
• Maintain MIS, reports, and procurement data for supplies and contracts. Achieve the average TAT from PR (Scope Finalization Date) to PO/LOI release date.
• Follow up with Vendors for timely delivery of materials.
• Contract management including completion schedule, handling amendments on case-to-case basis.
• Demonstrate analytical, time management, problem‑solving, and teamwork skills.
