• Back Office, leads the unified product strategy and strategic execution of 1-800-GOT-JUNK?'s across key areas, including Platform, Data, the Operator Portal, and the Truck Team Member App. This role is responsible for back-office standardization and process transformation, with the primary goal of building scalable, reliable internal tools that maximize operational efficiency for corporate staff and front-line team members. The Director will also ensure that all key stakeholders - including large ownership groups with established business operations - are aligned and moving in the same direction.
