Part Time Housekeeper

JOB SUMMARY

The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining clean, sanitary, and orderly restrooms, hallways, and shared community spaces.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Clean, sanitize, and disinfect restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and showers.
• Vacuum hallways and other designated areas.
• Spot clean walls in hallways as needed.
• Clean counters, microwaves, and other surfaces in common areas and community spaces.
• Maintain cleanliness and follow appropriate cleaning and sanitation practices.

QUALIFICATIONS

AND SKILLS Ability to perform routine cleaning tasks, use cleaning supplies and equipment safely, follow instructions, and maintain attention to detail. WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS Work is performed indoors in residential and community spaces. The position requires standing, walking, bending, reaching, and performing repetitive cleaning tasks, as well as the ability to handle typical cleaning equipment and supplies.
