Role : Senior Associate Financial Services Division: Relationship Management & Key Initiatives Place of posting: Mumbai Experience: 2 to 6 years of work experience Qualification: Graduation (Only BE/B.Tech) , Post Graduation (MBA/PGDM Preferred) Requirements Key responsibilities: Relationship Management : Actively manage relationships with Large Corporates, Fintech entities including TPAPs, Cobrand Partners, Merchants (NBFC, Retail) and aligning them with NPCI’s strategic objectives.

Ecosystem Enablement: Support the Onboarding, enablement, and scaling of mapped Partners by ensuring seamless integration, operational readiness, and lifecycle support. Business Growth Support: Drive UPI and Rupay adoption within the mapped Partners . Identify and unlock new opportunities through market insights, collaborative projects, and innovation-driven partnerships.

Key Initiatives: Develop and help implement payment strategies for the clients . Contribute to pilot project execution, and stakeholder alignment across the ecosystem. Compliance and Regulatory Support: Ensure partner adherence to applicable regulatory and operational guidelines in coordination with internal compliance teams, enabling safe and scalable fintech operations.

Skills and experience required: Ability to drive agenda at CXO Level engagement – internally as well as externally. Deep Understanding of Digital Payments Ecosystem: Strong hands-on knowledge of payment rails (UPI, cards) settlement flows, reconciliation processes, fraud/risk controls, and API-based integrations. Ability to articulate architecture and identify optimization opportunities.

Regulatory & Compliance Expertise (Tech-Driven): Working knowledge of RBI guidelines, PCI-DSS standards, data privacy frameworks, and ability to translate regulatory requirements into system controls, dashboards, and audit-ready processes. Experience building interactive dashboards in Superset/Power BI with strong data storytelling.

AI & Automation Capability: Proven ability to leverage AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gamma, Canva, etc.) for Automating workflows, generating insights from datasets, creating structured business presentations. Problem Solving & Solution Design: Ability to break down ambiguous problems into scalable, tech-enabled solutions, including designing process flows, data pipelines, and automation strategies
