About the Role

£13.05 per hour Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm 37.5 hours per week, Holidays: 35 days pro rata Duration: Temporary, ongoing Please note closing date for this vacancy is 10am on Monday 12th October 2026 - however you can register your interest for other upcoming vacancies by applying today What you'll be doing in this role: Handling incoming customer and stakeholder queries across various communication methods Carry out all general admin tasks including filing Update records and maintain databases What you'll need for this role: Minimum 2 GCSEs at C or above to include Maths and English (or equivalent Level 2) 1 year’s relevant experience in a similar role with clerical / administrative duties Demonstrated experience in the use of MS office to include Word / Excel and Outlook As part of the reference checking and vetting process for this position you will be requested to undertake a Basic AccessNI Disclosure.
