B2B - B2C Sales Account Executive

With over 40 professionals, we manage the distribution of 30+ premium cigar brands across Europe, the U.S., and Latin America. • B2C Sales Account Managers to open new commercial relationships and grow existing ones — remotely from Panama. This is a full-cycle outbound sales role. You will prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close deals with distributors, retailers, and cigar shops across the US, while maintaining a structured pipeline and accurate CRM records.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience selling in an English-speaking market — B2B preferred Strong background in outbound sales and cold outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn) Excellent English communication skills — C1

• C2 (written and spoken) Hands-on experience with CRM systems and structured pipeline management Familiarity with sales KPIs and a track record of working to measurable targets Experience representing premium or luxury brands Benefits What we offer: Base salary 1300.00 usd gross - plus commission on top Please submit your resume only in English
