Performance Venue Box Office Manager

The Box Office Manager is responsible for ticket sales, patron transactions, and technical operations during performances and events. This role ensures ticketing accuracy, provides excellent customer service, and supports front-of-house operations. Staff also maintain weekly scheduled box office hours and provide ticketing services for all events as assigned.

Box Office Managers may be asked to assist with additional tasks, as needed, to support theatre operations, customer service, audience experience, pre- and post-show activities, and the safety and security of guests and staff.
