Our team consists of 7 dedicated members in Battle Creek and 5 in Marshall, along with the agent. I am a proud graduate of Mattawan High School (2006), Ferris State University, and Grand Valley State University, where I earned a business degree in 2010.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
