Financial Wellness Coordinator

Starting Wage Range: $29.76/hr. - $38.39/hr. The Financial Wellness Coordinator provides culturally relevant financial coaching, mentorship, and education to Tribal members—from youth to elders—to support financial empowerment, wellness, and long-term stability. This position delivers one-on-one and group financial coaching, develops and oversees educational programming (including Minors Trust Fund accounts), and connects Tribal members with appropriate resources to build financial literacy, reduce debt, and support generational wealth.

Through community partnerships and collaboration with Tribal programs, this role strengthens economic resilience while honoring the values and traditions of the Grand Ronde community.
