Direct Care Hiring Event - Thursday, 10/15/26

Center for Human Development, (CHD), will be hosting a hiring event on Thursday, October 15, 2026 from 11am-2pm. We are seeking experienced Direct Care staff to work in small residential group homes within our Meadows Homes located in Southwick, MA. We work with adults with intellectual, physical and developmental disabilities.

Each home has between 2-5 residents. We assist residents with a variety of tasks of daily living, such as cooking, cleaning, laundry, going out to appointments, community outings, giving medications, and help with all levels of personal care needs like showering and toileting. Candidates whose qualifications best match our current openings will be contacted with event details and interview times.
