Instructional Assistant

Instructional Assistant Redland Elementary - 18131 S Redland Rd, Oregon City, OR 97045 4 Hours a Day Under the direct supervision of a licensed teacher, the instructional assistant performs:

1. One-to-one or small group instruction.
2. Clerical work.
3. Other activities as assigned. Special Requirements: (Certification, training, specialty skills or previous experience)
4. Must have ability to work harmoniously with teachers, students, and other staff.
5. Must have ability to take direction appropriately, changing tasks as necessary.
6. Bilingual in Spanish desired, but not required.
7. Must have completed two years of post-high school, obtained an Associate's degree or higher or successfully passed (or ability to pass) the WorkKeys test.
