Key Responsibilities

1. Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
2. Provide therapy for speech, language, communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
3. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment goals as needed
4. Educate patients and families on therapy strategies, exercises, and home programs
5. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
6. Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality care
7. Ensure compliance with all professional, ethical, and legal standards Qualifications
8. Current Arizona Speech-Language Pathologist license in good standing
9. Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
10. Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, if applicable
11. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
12. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
