About the roleI need a campus where everyone knows what matters most.As Campus Director, you will lead the people, performance, quality and operations of the campus. Where applicable, you will also act as Nominated Supervisor. What you'll do. My campus feels safe when you lead child safe practice and regulatory compliance every day.My educators feel confident when you coach leaders and build a strong team culture.My family feels welcomed when you strengthen trust, communication and community connection.My learning grows when you oversee curriculum quality, QIP and continuous improvement.My campus runs smoothly when you manage budgets, enrolments, staffing, occupancy and operations.My experience improves when you lead with warmth, accountability and child-centred decisions. What you'll bring. Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care.Significant early childhood leadership and service management experience.Nominated Supervisor or Campus Director experience, preferred.Knowledge of the NQF, child protection legislation and compliance.Ability to manage operations, people, performance, quality and risk.Leadership, coaching, communication and decision-making skills.A Working with Children Check and relevant clearance.
