Membership Sales Representative – New Fitness Facility

Help Build Clarksville’s Newest Fitness Community ACME Athletics is preparing for its full opening soon, and we are looking for a warm, confident, and motivated Membership Sales Representative to help grow our community. You will connect with prospective members, learn about their fitness goals, conduct engaging facility tours, recommend the right membership, and create a smooth transition from first conversation to successful onboarding.

What You’ll Do

• Respond quickly to new membership leads
• Follow up consistently by phone, text, and email
• Schedule and conduct tours and membership consultations
• Recommend memberships based on each prospect’s goals
• Present approved pricing and offers clearly
• Confidently ask for the sale and complete enrollments
• Follow up with no-shows and prospects who need more time
• Maintain accurate lead, appointment, and outcome records in Go High Level
• Complete membership paperwork and onboarding handoffs
• Welcome walk-ins and support referrals, outreach, and sales events
• Work peak sales periods, including some evenings and weekends What We’re Looking For
• Naturally warm, social, and confident with new people
• Comfortable making calls and asking for the sale
• Strong organization and dependable follow-through
• Coachable and consistent with a defined sales process
• Able to combine genuine hospitality with clear sales goals
• Comfortable learning Go High Level and membership systems
• Fitness, hospitality, retail, customer-service, or membership-sales experience preferred What Success Looks Like
• Leads receive prompt and professional follow-up
• Prospects are consistently booked for tours and consultations
• Every qualified prospect receives a clear membership recommendation
• Every interaction and outcome is accurately entered into Go High Level
• New members receive a complete, welcoming onboarding handoff Compensation The requested compensation is $12.00 per hour plus 30% of the qualifying first 28-day membership deposit . A 60-day introductory period applies. Commission eligibility, payment timing, schedule, and payroll terms remain subject to final HR approval and the written commission plan.
