Concierge - ICON at the Rotunda

Location: ICON at The Rotunda, Baltimore, MD Pay: $20/hour Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday, 9-5pm This is a full time position, you would be required to work an 8 hour shift Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm At WPM, your job as a Concierge will include: Creating and fostering a welcoming environment for all residents and guests.

Interacting with residents and developing a quick understanding of their needs and actions required to promote positive response. Assisting with incoming mail and packages, including sorting and distributing Coordinating and handling parking passes designated to the building Answering telephones and responding to routine inquiries.

Direct calls as appropriate Reviewing and follow up with maintenance requests to confirm resident satisfaction Providing back up as needed to other team members, including occasional tours of the premises Models the Company’s Core Values for clients and other associates Performs other duties as assigned, within reason and relevance to the job Required skills: Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook Ability to work effectively in teams as well as independently Ability to manage priorities and multi-task Ability to engage others and cultivate positive relationships Excellent communication skills required Ability to lift 30-50lbs Education and Experienc e 2 – 3 years’ prior customer service experience High School Diploma or Equivalent IND1 WPM is one of the region's premier real estate management companies.
