About Role Responsible for supporting operational efficiency by assisting in the procurement of academic materials, school supplies, equipment, and operational needs, which includes coordinating with vendors regarding purchasing, product availability, and delivery schedules.

This role effectively manages procurement requests, purchasing documents, and inventory administration reports while supporting comprehensive inventory management tasks such as asset labeling, storage organization, and stock opname. Utilizing Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, data is continuously updated and maintained to ensure that all inventory records accurately reflect actual stock conditions and quantities.

Your Day-to-Day

1. Input and manage Purchase Requests (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), and procurement data into internal systems or spreadsheets.
2. Maintain accurate and well-organized purchasing records to ensure data integrity and smooth procurement operations.
3. Review vendor documentation, including invoices and delivery orders, to ensure accuracy and completeness.
4. Analyze purchasing data and prepare comprehensive reports to support decision-making and operational efficiency. Who We’re Looking For
5. Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets for data management and analysis.
7. Strong attention to detail with high precision in administrative tasks and data entry.
8. Proven capability in handling, processing, and analyzing large datasets.
9. Basic negotiation skills to engage effectively with vendors and suppliers.
10. Basic knowledge of inventory and asset management is preferred.
11. Prior experience in retail/academic procurement is a strong plus.
