Pharmacy Technician / Technician Trainee Location: Dallas, TX Job Description We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician/ Technician Trainee to join our team in Dallas, TX. This position is designed for individuals interested in starting a career in pharmacy services. As a trainee, you will receive hands-on training and support to develop the skills necessary to assist pharmacists in dispensing medications and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing prescription medications under supervision. Learn to accurately measure, count, and label medications. Maintain patient records and process prescription orders. Provide friendly and professional customer service to patients and healthcare providers. Help manage inventory and restock pharmacy supplies.

Adhere to all safety, health, and regulatory guidelines. Participate in training sessions and complete required coursework.

Qualifications

Technician / Technician Trainee license High school diploma or equivalent. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Basic computer skills and willingness to learn pharmacy software. No prior pharmacy experience required; willingness to learn is essential.
