Project Manager SSA (m/f/d)

Key Responsibilities

Assume overall responsibility for project success and coordinate all project-related activities for customer orders. Conduct market analyses and monitor competitor activities. Assess project feasibility in close collaboration with Sales and relevant departments. Support the Sales team in the preparation of quotations and proposals.

Visit customers, trade fairs, and industry events. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and internal management teams. Independently decide on the prioritized allocation and utilization of project resources. Additional Responsibilities Take financial responsibility through the monitoring and control of project costs and profit margins.

Manage the technical oversight, coordination, and execution of the entire project scope following order intake. Represent the company as a member of industry-specific standardization and regulatory committees.

Requirements

Your Profile

Successfully completed vocational training in a commercial or technical field. Strong understanding of customer requirements, with at least 2 years of professional experience in a comparable role . Experience in product management and/or technical project management within an industrial environment. Project Management certification is desirable.

Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile, project scheduling) and tools such as MS Project or Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) . Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for approximately 10% of working time . Excellent communication and leadership skills. Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working approach.

Strong team player with the ability to collaborate across functions. Fluent German and English, both written and spoken. Strong customer focus and a professional demeanor.
