What you will do

Represent Testing in new project meetings to gather requirements and ensure system constraints are considered. Analyze new projects to translate product validation needs into testing requirements. Identify regulatory frameworks and define corresponding testing methods. Specify new measurement equipment, interface parts, and adaptation components for test cells.

Develop validation plans and workload projections for new projects. Organize internal meetings for project handover to industrialization teams. Report project status and testing readiness to management. What we’re looking for A proven track record in testing validation method development and powertrain calibration . Industrial or Mechanical Engineering degree ; Master’s or PhD in combustion engines preferred.

Excellent skills in project management and technical analysis for testing systems . Strong competencies in decision-making and team leadership , with a collaborative approach. Knowledge of the automotive sector, Horse Powertrain business, and our ambition to transform the industry. Excellent command of English, both spoken and written; French will be highly valued.
