RREMC Restaurants, LLC (D.B.A. Hurricane Grill and Wings is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to assist the General Manager. The assistant manager is responsible for the day-to-day shift operations. They may have additional responsibilities of training, inventory management, hiring, etc. They work with the general manager to achieve objectives in sales, costs, team member retention, guest service and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness, and sanitation.
