Southern Health Partners (SHP) is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team at the White County Detention Center in Georgia. At SHP, you'll provide meaningful patient care alongside a dedicated medical team in a secure, professional setting. Your Schedule Enjoy a standard rotating 3/4 schedule with alternating three-day and four-day workweeks. Week One: Sunday, Wednesday, and Thursday Week Two: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday Day shifts from 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM Full-time opportunity What You’ll Do Provide nursing care and treatment according to established protocols. Administer medications and treatments as ordered. Monitor patient conditions and recognize changes in health status. Respond to medical needs and emergencies. Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation. Communicate with healthcare providers and other members of the healthcare team. Help maintain a safe, respectful, and therapeutic healthcare environment.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For Current, unrestricted LPN license in the state of Georgia. Current CPR certification. Previous nursing experience preferred. Correctional healthcare experience is a plus, but not required. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a healthcare team. Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
