We are currently accepting applications for a full-time Account Representative at our Wichita office. We are seeking motivated individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, responding promptly to client needs, and helping consumers resolve account balances while representing our clients with professionalism and care.

Responsibilities

Strong verbal and written communication skills with effective problem-solving abilities Excellent organizational and time-management skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Bilingual (Spanish) a Plus! Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute (required)
