What You'll Do as Branch Manager

You'll be responsible for leading the Saukville branch, developing employees, and ensuring the team delivers outstanding service while meeting business objectives. From strengthening lending practices to improving operational results, you'll play an important role in the branch's success and in the relationships we build with our members.

Your responsibilities

• Develop your people: Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and support to help employees reach their potential and prepare for future opportunities.
• Achieve business objectives: Establish performance expectations, track results, and identify opportunities to improve branch outcomes.
• Strengthen member relationships: Guide your team in delivering personalized service, identifying member needs, and offering appropriate financial solutions.
• Manage branch operations: Maintain efficient processes, uphold compliance standards, and ensure daily activities run smoothly.
• Support lending and credit quality: Guide consumer lending conversations and decisions while balancing member needs with responsible risk management.
• Improve team performance: Use branch data and performance trends to identify challenges, implement solutions, and celebrate progress.
• Connect with the community: Build local partnerships and represent KCU through meaningful community involvement.
• Create a positive team culture: Encourage collaboration, accountability, and a shared commitment to continuous improvement.

What Will Help You Succeed?

• At least 4 years of leadership or supervisory experience in banking, retail, hospitality, healthcare, customer service, operations, or a related industry.
• A track record of coaching employees, building strong teams, and supporting professional development.
• The ability to set expectations, manage performance, and achieve business goals.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Background in financial services or consumer lending is a plus.
• A hands-on leadership style with a focus on employee success, operational effectiveness, and customer relationships.
