Assistant Project Manager (Fitting-Out)

Responsibilities

Manage and oversee fitting-out projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion within quality standards Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and subcontractors to execute project plans effectively Supervise and lead on-site construction teams, providing guidance, support, and resolving any issues that may arise Monitor project progress, budget, and schedule closely to ensure adherence to project specifications and timelines Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards throughout the construction process Review and approve project designs, drawings, and specifications in compliance with client requirements and relevant regulations Conduct regular site inspections to assess work quality, safety practices, and progress against project milestones Communicate regularly with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and project team members, to provide updates and address concerns Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and services required for fitting-out projects Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and innovations in fitting-out construction Perform any duties assigned by the management of Build King Group Requirements Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field Proven experience as a Construction Manager with a focus on fitting-out projects Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques related to interior fit-outs Excellent project management, leadership, and communication skills Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve in a fast-paced construction environment Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and safety standards Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office applications Strong attention to detail and quality assurance Certification in construction management or relevant field is advantageous
