MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE:

1. 2. Develops relationships with participating physicians and service providers.
3. Liaising with medical providers.
4. Guiding patients to appointments
5. Coordinating the logistics for plan adherence-appointments
6. 8. Ability to be scheduled for work based on operational needs of the hospital.
9. Possesses the ability to deal tactfully and harmoniously with guests.
10. Demonstrate effective communication skills with all stakeholders (e.g., patients, employer staff, payer contacts).
11. Ability to work in compassionate, supportive and collaborative ways with patients and families in an acute medical setting.
12. Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to handle the pressures related to serious life crises and chronic disease situations.
