Supporting a small but mighty Strategy department, the role will suit a self-starter and someone who can adapt to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Writing, attention to detail and project management skills are a prerequisite, as is someone who is a confident communicator. Therefore we are looking for someone who can write well, with creativity and the ability to edit their own work and adapt styles based on the task at hand. Creative collaboration skills and lateral thinking abilities are a bonus.

- Up-keep of templates, proposal library, creative documents in department database
- Research of client sectors, event audiences and general industry landscapes
- Participate in proposal response structure meetings including: creative and strategic approach, ideation, team roles and responsibility assignments, team check-ins, final review sessions, etc.
